Aims and Scope

Journal of Workplace Innovation and Scientific Research is an open‑access forum dedicated to advancing knowledge on how innovation, health, and organizational practices shape modern workplaces. We publish rigorous empirical, theoretical, and practice‑based research that bridges academic insights with real‑world applications.

Our scope encompasses technological innovation in the workplace, occupational health, safety and well‑being, and applied empirical and case studies from corporations. We also welcome contributions on sustainable development and corporate social responsibility, practice‑based research in organizational and management science, innovation in human resources and talent development, as well as collaboration, communication, and knowledge management.

The journal prioritises studies that offer actionable insights for employers, managers, policymakers, and researchers. By fostering interdisciplinary dialogue, we aim to support the creation of productive, healthy, and socially responsible workplaces.

All articles are published open access, ensuring broad dissemination of evidence‑based solutions to workplace challenges.
