Service Commitment
We are committed to an efficient and high-quality publishing process. This commitment means that, from the moment of submission to the final publication, every step is designed to be timely, transparent, and rigorous. To facilitate this, we strongly encourage authors to ensure that their submissions are well-prepared.
A well-prepared submission includes, but is not limited to:
Clear and logical structure;
Consistent formatting according to the journal’s guidelines;
Proper use of citations and references;
Grammatically correct and readable English or the journal’s designated language;
Complete figures, tables, and supplementary materials.
Meeting the journal’s formatting and language standards is the author’s first and most important responsibility. It significantly reduces the time spent on technical checks and allows our editorial team to focus on the scientific content and peer review process. We understand, however, that not all authors have equal access to professional language support or formatting assistance.
Therefore, professional editing services are available through our partnered providers. These services include language polishing, copyediting, figure formatting, and reference checking. The use of such services is entirely optional and is carried out at the author’s own cost if needed. We do not mandate any specific editing service, nor do we receive commissions from our partners. Authors are free to choose any external editing help or to rely on their own skills and network.
Our goal is simply to ensure that every manuscript that enters peer review has a fair chance to be evaluated on its scientific merit, not on avoidable presentation issues. By combining our commitment to a fast and high-quality publishing process with authors’ efforts in preparing their manuscripts, we can together uphold the highest standards of scholarly communication.
